The IntelEchoAI Fellowship — Learn Inside a Real AI Company
Learn AI from the inside.
Three months inside a real AI company. Not a classroom. Not a simulation. The actual work, the actual decisions, the actual clients — and you're in the room where it happens.
Apply for the FellowshipThis is not a shadowing programme. You won't be making coffee or updating spreadsheets. You will see — and gradually contribute to — how AI systems are imagined, positioned, and taken to market.
What you walk away with.
Skills and knowledge most people only get after years in industry.
- How AI projects are scoped, priced, and sold to enterprise clients
- How AI agents and workflows are designed for real business problems
- How global markets - GCC, EU, India, and US - approach AI adoption differently
- How to communicate complex technical systems to non-technical decision-makers
- How a lean, senior AI team operates across multiple international markets
- How to think about AI strategy, data sovereignty, and ethical deployment
- How early-stage AI companies approach growth, distribution, and market entry
Real work. Real context.
Depending on your strengths and interests, you may engage with areas like market research, content and communications, go-to-market thinking, client-facing documentation, or AI deployment analysis.
You're not here to fill a role — you're here to learn by being close to real decisions, real trade-offs, and real execution.
The emphasis is not on output, but on understanding how real decisions are made — and how your thinking evolves alongside them.
Exceptional contributors may be invited to continue working more closely with the team beyond the fellowship.
Who this is for.
There is no required degree, stream, or background. We have worked with engineers, marketers, economists, designers, lawyers, and writers — all of whom brought something different to understanding AI.
What we look for
- Genuine curiosity about AI, technology, and how businesses work
- Strong communication - written, spoken, or both
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast feedback
- A bias towards action - you'd rather try and learn than wait
