Exceptional contributors may be invited to continue working more closely with the team beyond the fellowship.

There is no required degree, stream, or background. We have worked with engineers, marketers, economists, designers, lawyers, and writers — all of whom brought something different to understanding AI.

Strong communication - written, spoken, or both
Comfort with ambiguity and fast feedback

Cohort: First Fellowship Wave begins May 2026 (rolling future cohorts)
Duration: 3 months (per cohort)
Format: Chennai-based · Hybrid considered for exceptional applicants
Outcomes: Performance-based recognition through contributions, strategic thinking, and overall impact
Certificate: Issued on successful completion
Open to: All backgrounds, streams, and degree years
